Embark on a pivotal step in your journey towards Senior Associate accreditation with the AoEA Senior Associate Seminar. This seminar is an essential part of your accreditation process, designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to plan and prepare your viva, the final component in achieving Senior Associate status.

About Senior Associate Accreditation:

Senior accreditation is the second level of accreditation. The following focusses on gaining accreditation as a senior associate member. A senior associate requires sophisticated knowledge and skills to address system-wide and deep-rooted issues in groups of schools or organisations. This will require evidence of knowledge and expertise in the areas of change management, organisational development and quality systems.

Seminar Focus:

During this online seminar, we will explore and discuss the Associate accreditation criteria, guiding you through the key areas of assessment:

  • Organisational Development: This examines how to achieve the desired foals of high performance and competitive advantage through the involvement of people.
  • Change Management: The role of the change adviser is to support the individual and the organisational capacity to cope with the drivers which promote change. Change management is a key leadership challenge.
  • Quality Systems: This programme focuses on quality management support, as well as leadership development. We expect the Senior Associate to have high level skills and knowledge of how organisations are transformed. New techniques and tools will be introduced during the programme.

Why Attend?

This seminar will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the senior accreditation criteria and prepare you to develop viva paperwork that meets the AoEA standards. By the end of the seminar, you will have a clear roadmap for completing your senior accreditation journey, positioning you to become an accredited AoEA Senior Associate and gain access to the exclusive benefits and recognition that come with this status.
