Building blocks of organisational recovery.
Mike Watchorn is the Director of Fresh Eyes Engineering which has the philosophy: Discover, Distill, Deliver. The art and science of problem solving in complex engineering situations. His business has a successful history of working at all phases of projects from inception and sales to installation.
In this EduKIT Mike will consider how his personal experiences of recovery from a serious illness, in engineering and in business led him to examine the impact of incremental improvements. The discussion will focus on how this is transferable to education, and how as advisers and headteachers we can learn from this approach in school improvement.
